Iremia is a long-term holding company. We own and operate a small number of B2B media and services companies — and we hold them for the long run.

We’re not investors. We don’t run a fund, we don’t have an exit clock, and we don’t acquire businesses from the outside. The companies we own are companies we built.

New companies come from our launch studio. We back exceptional operators — through pitch competitions and direct submissions — with capital, infrastructure, and runway. They build the company. They run the company. We provide the backbone and stay in their corner for the long compound.

Each business is led by the operator who built it. We work closely with our operators to identify the levers that matter, structure generous performance-based economics, and hold for decades. We are deliberately concentrated. Our edge comes from knowing a small number of companies deeply — not from portfolio diversification.
